Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports in Excel.
- Manage end-to-end coordination with assigned brands and dealer networks for spare parts and inventory operations.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for reporting requirements.
- Conduct field visits (approx. 25% of role) to collect on-ground data, verify reports, audit operations, and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations).
- experience in Spare Parts Management or Inventory Management.
- Experience in team handling and leadership roles.
- Good understanding of transactional processes in inventory and supply chain.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (brands, dealers, internal teams).
- Problem-solving ability and capability to handle uncertain situations.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
