Key Responsibilities
Own the complete quality lifecycle from requirement analysis to production release Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices Drive risk-based testing and ensure high release quality with minimal defects Act as the primary QA contact for clients, handling communication, demos, and escalations Build and optimize automation frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers Review test cases, automation scripts, and overall testing approach Improve testing efficiency through parallel execution and optimized processes Track and report quality metrics such as test coverage, defect leakage, and regression timelines.
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Playwright and Selenium Experience in designing scalable automation frameworks (POM, modular) Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred) or Java/Python Solid understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD Knowledge of UI, API, and regression testing methodologies
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
