Job Descriptions:
This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the tactical and strategic aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational development.
- Manage the hiring initiatives on the various platforms.
- Screening and short listing candidates.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/calls.
- Maintain records and logs (visitors, calls, appointments).
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a HR and Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA Preferred)
