About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, customer engagement, and creating meaningful interactions with our audience.
Responsibilities
Manage daily social media posts, stories, and content scheduling.
Create engaging social media creatives, banners, reels covers, and promotional designs using Canva.
Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages professionally.
Engage with followers and build an active online community.
Coordinate with the creative team for content planning and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all social media platforms.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in Canva for creating social media posts, stories, banners, and marketing creatives.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and basic social media analytics.
Creative mindset with good organizational skills.
Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
