Job Summary:
An Office Administrator is responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role supports management, staff, students, and visitors while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Maintain student, staff, and institutional records.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
- Prepare reports, documents, and official letters.
- Coordinate admissions, registrations, and office schedules.
- Maintain office files, databases, and documentation.
- Assist management in administrative planning and execution.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Support faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of office management systems.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, etc.).
- Experience in administration, education, or office management preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
Salary: As per qualification and experience.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
