Position: Management Trainee – Marketing
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Management Trainee (Marketing) to join our team. The candidate will get hands-on experience in marketing strategies, customer handling, sales activities, market research, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Support sales and customer relationship activities
- Coordinate with different teams for marketing initiatives
- Learn and implement branding, promotion, and business growth strategies
- Prepare reports and analyze marketing performance
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
