About the Role
Arcus Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records using DATEV software and must have a strong background in reputed ERP systems. This role is central to maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping: Perform accurate data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations using DATEV.
- ERP Management: Utilize advanced ERP functionalities for financial reporting and analysis.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure all bookkeeping activities align with relevant tax laws and accounting principles (e.g., German GAAP/IFRS where applicable).
- Documentation: Maintain digital and physical records of all financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with DATEV software will be preferred
- ERP Experience: Proven proficiency in SAP, Tally Prime, or other reputed ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, tax compliance (GST/VAT), and financial statement preparation.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analytics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- International Experience: Candidates with experience working for international clients or firms, particularly those familiar with German or European accounting standards, will be given strong preference.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a significant advantage given the use of DATEV.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
