We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and security systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in managing complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
- Monitor and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and cloud-based services.
- Configure and maintain storage systems and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system logs and proactively resolve issues.
- Implement IT security policies, endpoint protection, and access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience managing VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure services.
- Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, and Firewall Management.
- Experience with endpoint security and server hardening.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSA/MCSE) preferred.
- VMware Certification (VCP) preferred.
- Azure Administrator Certification preferred.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in System Administration.
- Experience managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle critical incidents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
