Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to build and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) network, drive lead generation, and contribute to business growth through strategic partnerships in the residential real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, activate, and manage Channel Partners for projects across Mumbai.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners to drive site visits and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct Channel Partner meetings, project presentations, and activation events.
- Ensure smooth CP registration, training, certification, and commission coordination.
- Generate business through Channel Partners and support them in activating their client database.
- Identify new business opportunities through B2B and B2C networking.
- Monitor Channel Partner performance and conduct periodic reviews for continuous improvement.
- Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and provide product and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and partner support.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in Channel Partner Management or Real Estate Sourcing.
- Strong network within the real estate market and excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and expand Channel Partner networks.
- Candidates residing near Mira Bhayander will be added adavantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
