Reports to: Senior Business Analyst | Engagement: Full-time,; immediate availability preferred
Role purpose: Designs bilingual government digital services — applicant portals and high-volume staff workspaces — with English parity and accessibility built in.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Design RTL-native layouts, typography, and components; deliver bilingual design systems.
▪ Prototype and usability-test with officers and end users; iterate before build.
▪ Specify accessibility and empty/error/loading states for every screen in both languages.
▪ Design official digital documents/cards (AR/EN) and verification result pages.
Qualifications & certifications: Degree/diploma in design or HCI;
Experience & languages: 6+ years product design;
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
