Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, Generative AI, enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and digital transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Architect scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Employee Experience, Customer Service Management (CSM), and enterprise business workflows.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Document Intelligence, Process Mining, Automation Engine, Intelligent Search, and Generative AI Controller.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
- Establish AI governance, security, scalability, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions within ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Intelligent Search, and AI Agents.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise AI solution architecture.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and AI lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
