Location: Chennai (Little Mount) – 5 Days Mon-Fri
Shift: 8 AM – 5.30 PM
Work Location: In person
Mode of work: WFO (Mon – Fri) 5 days
Requirement
- 1+ years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment
- Experience working in Permanent & contract staffing especially in Domestic market
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a consulting/ staffing agency
- Interested to work in Malaysia market
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Strong decision-making skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
