R K Engineering Works, VKI Area, Jaipur - ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified panel and crane manufacturer - requires Panel Wiring Electricians for LT, MCC, PCC and APFC panel building. 10 openings. Only experienced panel line electricians. Freshers are not eligible for this post.
Experience is must: 5 to 10 years in electrical panel wiring and assembly. Candidate without experience proof will not be called. Bring experience certificate or last company ID card at interview.
Work:
- Mounting and wiring of LT panel, MCC, PCC, APFC and feeder pillar as per GA and single line diagram
- Busbar cutting, bending, sleeving, torque tightening and support insulator fitting
- ACB, MCCB, MPCB, contactor, capacitor, APFC relay, CT, meter and terminal block wiring
- Power and control cable termination with correct lug, ferrule, gland and cable dressing
- Body earthing, door earthing, IR / megger test and continuity check
- Panel finishing - name plate, danger plate, drawing pouch and cleaning before dispatch
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician / Wireman or Diploma Electrical
- 5 to 10 years in a panel manufacturing line
- Must read SLD, GA, schematic and wiring drawings without help
- Knowledge of busbar sizing, IP protection and IEC 60947 / IS 8623 panel practice
- Neat, safe and time bound workmanship
