● Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
● Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
● Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and emails.
● Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
● Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
● Respond to general inquiries from clients and visitors.
● Assist with data entry and basic documentation work.
Pay: ₹8,833.48 - ₹20,304.48 per month
