We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional knowledge, proven project management skill and expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP projects (S/4HANA Public Cloud, migration, rollout, or support) with third party tools.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; take corrective actions
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide reporting to senior management
- Ensure successful integration across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PPQM, PM etc.)
- Oversee testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure quality delivery
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
- Drive user adoption, training, and knowledge transfer (KT)
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- SAP certification (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong experience in SAP modules (FI/CO preferred; MM/SD knowledge is a plus)
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of business processes and integration points
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Activate methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud implementations
- Six Sigma / PMP / PRINCE2 certification
- Exposure to SAP integrations (interfaces, APIs, third-party systems)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
