Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and support requests across calls, WhatsApp, and email with speed and clarity
Respond to inbound leads from Meta, Google, organic traffic, and offline events
Clearly explain Barosi’s milk products, sourcing, benefits, and subscription plans
Drive trial sign-ups and convert trial users into active, long-term subscribers
Proactively follow up with trial customers to understand experience and close subscriptions
Communicate ongoing offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions in a way that feels helpful, not pushy
Build strong relationships with customers to improve retention and repeat business
Capture customer feedback, buying objections, and common questions, and share insights with marketing and product teams
Suggest improvements in customer communication and sales processes based on on-ground experience
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in inside sales, or customer-facing roles (FMCG or food industry preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable handling multiple inbound channels and managing follow-ups.
Basic working knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, persuasive, and genuinely interested in helping customers make the right choice.
