Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer DMs, comments, and social media queries.
- Handle basic customer support related to products, pricing, orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with the Mumbai customer support team to ensure timely query resolution.
- Assist in shooting and curating content, including Reels and short-form videos with our founders and team.
- Monitor social media interactions and escalate issues when required.
- Travel to our Tiruppur factory for content shoots and business requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- 6 months–1 year of experience in Social Media, Customer Support, Community Management, or Content Creation.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and social media trends.
- Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
