Position Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a strong intelligence network across the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and allied sectors.
- Conducting lawful market intelligence and competitor research.
- Identifying emerging business opportunities, project information, and key industry stakeholders.
- Assisting the HR Department by identifying experienced professionals in the industry and preparing verified talent intelligence reports.
- Conducting background verification and due diligence of prospective employees, vendors, contractors, and business associates.
- Preparing confidential intelligence reports for the Company's senior management.
- Establishing relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, and industry professionals.
- Monitoring industry developments, market movements, and competitor activities through lawful means.
- Advising management on strategic risk, fraud prevention, and corporate security matters.
- Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and legal compliance.
Eligibility
- Retired Police Officer from Odisha Police, Crime Branch, Vigilance, Intelligence, or other Government Investigation Agencies.
- Minimum 15 years of service preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing abilities.
- Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
- Experience in investigation, intelligence, economic offences, vigilance, or crime branch will be an added advantage.
