POSITION: SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - MALAYALAM
LOCATION: AREEKODE, MALAPPURAM (Free Accommodation)
JOB ROLE
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Subject Experts to join our educational content creation team. The primary responsibility of these experts will be to develop comprehensive and engaging educational materials for subject Malayalam. The successful candidates will work collaboratively with our existing team to create modules, worksheets, exams, question papers, answer keys, assessment materials, tutor’s handbooks, instructional designs, and curriculum content for their respective subjects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and create high-quality educational content, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and educational requirements.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers to create engaging and innovative educational materials that cater to diverse learning styles
- Create and revise modules, worksheets, exams, question papers, answer keys, assessment materials, tutors' handbooks, and instructional designs as per project guidelines
- Ensure the timely delivery of educational materials without compromising on quality, adhering to established deadlines and project timelines
- Utilize educational technology and tools proficiently for content creation, delivery, and enhancement of educational resources
- Adapt and adjust content based on changing project requirements, curriculum updates, and educational standards.
- Provide expertise and guidance to enhance the educational content development process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive educational content development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A master's degree or higher in the relevant subject. Additional qualifications in education,instructional design, or curriculum development would be advantageous
- 0-2 years of proven experience in content creation, curriculum development, or a related educational field.
- Exceptional command over the respective subject with in-depth knowledge of curriculum
- Strong creativity to develop engaging and innovative educational materials catering to diverse learning styles
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools for content creation and delivery.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
