Job Summary
In Detail:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Solar Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of Solar BOS products including String Monitoring Boxes (SMB), String Combiner Boxes (SCB), and AC Distribution Boards (ACDB). The candidate will act as a bridge between Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, QA, and Customers to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Reporting To: Business Head / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management & Coordination
· Coordinate with sales team for new order handover.
· Review customer PO, technical specifications, and drawings.
· Prepare order confirmation checklist and internal production schedule.
· Monitor order progress from design to dispatch.
2. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with design team for:
· GA drawings
· SLD review
· BOM verification
· Ensure customer approvals are obtained before production.
· Handle technical clarifications with customers.
3. Production & Planning: Coordinate with production team for:
· Material availability
· Production planning
· Delivery timelines
· Follow up for on-time manufacturing and dispatch.
4. Purchase & Vendor Coordination
· Coordinate with purchase team for long-lead items (MCBs, MCCBs, SPD, monitoring cards, CTs, enclosures).
· Track material inward and resolve shortages.
5. Quality & Documentation
· Ensure proper QC inspection before dispatch.
· Coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) if required.
Prepare dispatch documents as Test reports; Warranty certificate; Invoice & packing list; Technical datasheets
6. Customer Communication
· Provide regular order status updates.
· Handle dispatch coordination and logistics follow-up.
· Address post-dispatch or installation-related queries.
7. Site Support (If Required)
· Coordinate installation support.
· Arrange service engineer visits.
· Track site complaints and ensure closure.
Required Skills:
·An associate with any Degree with Electrical Background around 2 - 3 years of work experience.
· Good knowledge of Solar PV systems
· Understanding of SCB (1000V / 1500V systems); SMB (Wireless / RS485); ACDB panels
· Basic understanding of electrical components (MCB, MCCB, SPD, CT, Monitoring Cards).
· Ability to read SLD and GA drawings.
· Strong coordination & follow-up skills.
· Good communication (written & verbal).
· Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
