Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Antheia Resort, Pawna Lake. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in housekeeping management, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure a spotless resort environment
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Train and develop housekeeping staff on best practices and safety standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with housekeeping software and tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
