Role Overview
The C&I O&M Manager will act as the Single Point of Accountability for the performance, reliability, maintenance, and safety of HCK Solar's Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar assets. The role requires a blend of strategic asset management and hands-on technical leadership to ensure maximum uptime, optimal energy generation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day O&M activities across solar projects.
- Own plant performance, uptime, PR monitoring, and energy yield analysis across the C&I portfolio.
- Develop and manage annual Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM) schedules in line with OEM guidelines and industry standards.
- Lead corrective maintenance activities and provide technical support during critical breakdowns and inverter/system faults.
- Conduct periodic site audits and inspections to assess equipment health, maintenance quality, and operational efficiency.
- Manage vendors, service partners, and critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements across all sites.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, downtime analysis, corrective actions, and maintenance cost metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop site technicians and maintenance teams on solar PV systems, inverters, monitoring systems, and battery integration solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Solar O&M, preferably in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, SCADA/monitoring platforms, troubleshooting, and asset performance management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
