Maintains smooth Transport operation at Client place
Major Responsibilities:

Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.

To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.

Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.

Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport

Manage the transport team
-
Vendor management from operational perspective
-
Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
-
Adherence to SLA’s by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
-
Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis
Qualification
Work Experience
-
Minimum Experience – 5-8 Yrs in the same field
Compensation : Commensurate with market
