PAC Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional, well-groomed, and highly organized
Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression. This role
requires excellent communication, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle
multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations at all times.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Manage calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and room bookings accurately.
- Support administrative and basic HR functions efficiently.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and day-to-day office operations seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the brand professionally.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
- High level of professionalism, etiquette, and grooming
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with handling EPBX system, telephone systems
- Basic knowledge of office management tools and scheduling software
- Data entry and record-keeping accuracy
- Email management and professional correspondence
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (any industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
