Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable healthcare solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Health Cloud features, including Care Plans, Patient Management, Assessments, and Provider Relationships.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external healthcare systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement data migration, data quality, and security best practices.
- Create and maintain workflows, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and healthcare stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Security Model.
- Knowledge of Health Cloud data model, Care Plans, Patient Services, and Clinical Data Management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or DevOps Center.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Health Cloud Certification.
- Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance domains.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
