Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – Commercial Interiors

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Development professional with experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Generate leads through architects, PMCs, corporate clients, developers, consultants, and facility management companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Conduct cold calling, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and arrange site visits when required.
- Coordinate with the estimation team for BOQs, costing, and quotations.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales process until deal closure.
- Follow up on proposals and quotations until the project is awarded.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Track upcoming commercial developments, office expansions, and new project opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and project execution teams for a smooth transition from sales to project operations.
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales and business development reports.
- Visit architects, PMCs, consultants, and prospective clients to generate and develop business opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the commercial interior fit-out/interior design industry.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Experience dealing with architects, PMCs, corporate clients, consultants, and developers is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
