- Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test plans using Load Runner and JMeter
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle
- Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to ensure optimal application performance
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test findings and recommendations
- Minimum Qualifications
- BTech BCA B
- E or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 15 years of experience in performance testing with proficiency in Load Runner and JMeter
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues

- Knowledge of more than one technology
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies

- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
