Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Job Description
Madhukunj is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
Role:
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback
- Maintain customer database and daily reports
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Support business growth through effective communication
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Experience in FMCG/customer handling preferred
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
