Location: Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for Pan India.
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
- Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
- Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience of 0-2 Years.
- Preferred Multilingual (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
