Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through fresh leads and existing databases.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain features and benefits of various financial products.
- Coordinate with customers for document collection and verification.
- Follow up with Banks/NBFCs until loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure excellent service.
- Update CRM/Excel with daily work progress and customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, Insurance, Telecalling or BFSI will be an added advantage.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email and Internet.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
