- Job Description – Back Office Executive
- Company: Jewellers Showroom
- Location: Sevoke Road, near Sevoke More, Siliguri
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
- Handle billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks
- Prepare reports and assist in administrative functions
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth workflow
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist in drafting emails, letters, and official communication
Requirements:
- Graduate (B. Com preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Desired Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with digital tools for office management
- Creative mindset for handling social media posts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
