Position
Procurement Merchandiser
Experience Required
5–7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop suppliers for home décor and hardware products.
- Handle procurement activities for categories including: Glass Products, Paper Products, Candles , Marble Products, Wooden Products and Metal Products
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and Denmark headquarters to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor sampling, costing, production timelines, and shipment schedules.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and supplier development initiatives.
- Ensure products meet customer quality, compliance, and commercial requirements.Required
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of sourcing/procurement experience in home décor, handicrafts, giftware, or hardware products.
- Strong sourcing network and factory contacts in: Jaipur, Moradabad , Firozabad , Ludhiana and Other relevant sourcing hubs
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong supplier management and relationship-building skills.
