We are looking to hire a Data-Lead to join our team! Reporting to Commercial Director, Le Boat/Commercial Director Yachts who will unify commercial insights and accelerate AI-driven decision-making across Brands.

What You’ll Do
- Build a unified commercial intelligence framework across Le Boat and Yacht brands, delivering actionable insights tailored to each business model.
- Define and govern KPI standards, ensuring a single source of truth across Commercial, Finance, and Marketing.
- Deliver forward-looking analytics to support demand forecasting, yield optimization, booking trends, and customer behavior.
- Drive AI initiatives by identifying high-value use cases, enabling AI-ready data structures, and promoting AI adoption across teams.
- Establish robust data governance, maintain data quality, and ensure GDPR compliance while preserving agility.
- Partner with Technology and Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data flows and scalable analytics solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by presenting data-driven insights, influencing commercial decisions, and making complex analytics accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior experience in Data & Analytics leadership (e.g., Data Manager, Analytics Manager) delivering commercial insights.
- Proven track record of building executive dashboards, trusted KPIs, and driving C-suite adoption.
- Experience supporting multiple brands/business units with diverse commercial models.
- Hands-on expertise with BigQuery (or equivalent cloud data warehouse) and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, with confidence presenting insights to CEO and board-level audiences.
- Practical knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and applying AI/ML solutions in live commercial environments.
- Experience in travel, leisure, hospitality, or other yield-driven, multi-country, multi-currency businesses; exposure to revenue management or reservation platforms (e.g., Oracle/Neptune) is an advantage.
