Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Educational Counsellor to join our study abroad consultancy team. The candidate should be able to guide students regarding overseas education opportunities and maintain good communication with prospective students.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students about study abroad opportunities
- Call and follow up with students regarding admissions and visa processes
- Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and direct meetings
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
- Maintain student records and update databases
- Coordinate with universities and internal team members
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, internet usage)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
