We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper cum Packing & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, maintain stock records, prepare materials for dispatch, and ensure timely packing and delivery of products. The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth warehouse and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products properly.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare items for packing as per order requirements.
- Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and arrange shipments on time.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain records of inward and outward stock movements.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Follow company safety and storage procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/Graduate.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, packing, or dispatch operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
