Explore an Exciting Career at Accenture
Do you want to help reinvent how global enterprises run, end to end? Are you enthusiastic about turning complex business processes into AI-ready workflows and products that go live, get measured, and scale?
Does working in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that values purpose and performance inspire you?
Then, Accenture Strategy and Consulting is the right place for you to explore limitless possibilities.
As part of our Reinvention Deployed Engineering (RDE) organization within Global Network under Strategy & Consulting, you will help clients move from never-ending AI pilots to performance — turning AI ambition into measurable business value at scale. RDE brings strategy, process reinvention, engineering, and value management into one collocated, fast-moving pod that defines the business problem first, co-owns the reinvention with the client, and designs for production from day one, with the goal of a live, measured, scalable solution in 90 days. Because AI models alone do not solve business problems — understanding workflows and industry context is what unlocks value — this role sits at the heart of the RDE promise.
In this role you bring deep working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration to the design of industry-aware, AI-ready workflows and products, focusing on the “what and why” — the solution concept, industry and client knowledge, the end-to-end workflow, the product backlog, and the value story.
Together, let us innovate, build competitive advantages, and improve business and societal outcomes, in an ever-changing, ever-challenging world.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Conduct process discovery, shadowing, and whiteboarding sessions with business users to map as-is end-to-end workflows across functions, systems, and data.
-
Analyze workflows to identify pain points, handoffs, exceptions, and steps that are candidates for Generative AI, LLM-based assistance, or agentic automation — distinguishing where a single agent, a multi-agent flow, or a human-in-the-loop step is most appropriate.
-
Support the design of AI-ready / agent-ready to-be workflows, documenting clear logic, states, handoffs, exception paths, and the points where agents must hand back to humans.
-
Draft agent intent and prompt logic — describing what each agent should do, what context (including RAG-grounded enterprise knowledge) it needs, and what “good” looks like — as clear input for build and delivery teams.
-
Support product scoping and definition — help translate workflows into user stories, AI / agent feature descriptions, and a prioritized backlog for the team.
-
Participate in agile delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, demos), helping track progress, dependencies, and acceptance against business intent.
-
Apply industry and functional knowledge to ensure workflow and product designs are compliant, realistic, and aligned to domain-specific operating models.
-
Support value identification and quantification — gather baseline data, build value models, and help define KPIs and success metrics with guidance from senior colleagues.
-
Translate client processes into clear, structured requirements that build and delivery teams can work against.
-
Conduct industry, sector, and value-stream research to bring relevant insights and benchmarks into the engagement.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Full Stack Engineers, AI Model Specialists, Ecosystem Partner Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, and Data Specialists as the connection point between business need and the agentic AI solution being built.
-
Support change adoption and business readiness, including stakeholder alignment, training material preparation, and tracking of early outcomes and success metrics.
Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
-
Strong analytical skills to reach clear-cut, methodical solutions.
-
Hands-on exposure to process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process design.
-
Familiarity with product / backlog basics — user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization — and with agile ways of working.
-
Working understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration — enough to spot good agentic use cases and draft agent and prompt intent.
-
Ability to break down complex processes into clear logic, handoffs, and exception paths.
-
Ability to solve business problems and deliver client delight.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-
Storytelling with data and communicating workflow, product, and value impact to non-technical stakeholders.
-
Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
-
Ability to collaborate closely within a cross-functional delivery pod — working day to day with Full Stack Engineers, AI Model Specialists, Ecosystem Partner Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, and Data Specialists to deliver agentic AI solutions.
-
Strong organization and teamwork skills.
Your experience counts!
-
1-4 years of experience across business process design, workflow analysis, product / business analysis, operating model work, or enterprise transformation.
-
Hands-on experience mapping and analyzing end-to-end processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire) and identifying improvement and automation opportunities.
-
Exposure to product or business analysis — writing requirements, user stories, or functional specs — and to agile delivery.
-
Demonstrable interest in and working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration concepts — e.g., through projects, pilots, certifications, or hands-on experimentation — applied from a use-case perspective.
-
Exposure to AI-ready / agent-ready process design and to identifying where AI, automation, or orchestration can be applied.
-
Experience supporting value identification, KPI definition, or business-case development is a strong plus.
-
Industry domain experience is desirable in industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech.
-
Knowledge of data-gathering approaches, process discovery, process analysis, and insight development.
-
Effective communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
