We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our online business, with a primary focus on Amazon India and secondary responsibility for Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon seller accounts and a good understanding of marketplace operations, advertising, catalog management, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central (primary marketplace).
- Handle Flipkart Seller Hub operations and ensure smooth marketplace performance.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and backend keywords.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and organic rankings.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, Buy Box percentage, and account health metrics.
- Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, coupons, and marketplace events such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and Big Billion Days.
- Analyze marketplace data and prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market trends.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, category approvals, and account-related concerns.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, customer support, and design teams for smooth marketplace operations.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon and Flipkart policies and maintain excellent account health.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC).
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Store management.
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of image/content optimization for e-commerce listings.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
