Position Title: Sr. Project Engineer – Machine Systems
Experience: 3-4 Years (Machine Manufacturing Industry)
Location: Thane
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team. The primary role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced power electronics systems. You will be the technical expert on-site, ensuring systems operate reliably and providing rapid troubleshooting and resolution for any post-installation issues .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Commissioning- Lead the on-site installation and commissioning of power electronics equipment, including but not limited to UPS systems, inverters, VFDs, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and EV chargers .- Perform site readiness checks to ensure all prerequisites for installation are met .- Oversee and ensure proper electrical connections, earthing, and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during the commissioning process .
2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support- Provide 24/7 technical support and respond promptly to on-call service requests .- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues in power electronic systems to minimize downtime .- Use diagnostic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers to isolate faults at both board and system levels .
Key Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering .- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power electronic systems .
Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, power semiconductor devices, and power converter topologies .- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation .- Experience with troubleshooting and using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers .
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
