As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development standards are maintained, focusing on code quality, scalability, and performance to meet the evolving needs of the business. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and alignment with organizational goals.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in leading development teams and enforcing coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices for connecting ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring software solutions meet business performance requirements.
