- Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Help manage employee benefits and leave tracking
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and policy manuals
- Assist in performance review processes
- Answer employee queries and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
