About the Role:
We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic, and responsible Receptionist to join our growing organization. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Support other team members with clerical work as needed
- Manage basic office operations and coordination

- Minimum 12th pass/HSC (80%+ marks in Boards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Talkative, friendly, and approachable personality
- Highly responsible, sincere, and dedicated to work
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
