The role requires strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control components, and panel layout practices.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Perform point-to-point wiring of control panels (PLC, VFD, MCC, relay logic, etc.)
Mount and wire components such as breakers, contactors, relays, terminals, power supplies, and I/O modules
Ensure proper wire sizing, ferruling, labeling, and routing as per standards
Conduct continuity checks, insulation tests, and functional testing
Identify and troubleshoot wiring errors or component faults
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and workmanship standards inside panels
Follow electrical safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and QA during panel build and testing
Update red-line drawings or report discrepancies when required
Required Skills & Qualifications.QualificationITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification
2–5 years of experience in control panel wiring (industrial environment preferred)Work ExperienceExperience in automation or industrial machinery panels
Knowledge of PLC brands (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
Ability to assist during panel commissioning or site installation
Basic understanding of HMI and instrumentation wiringSkillsStrong understanding of control circuits, power circuits, and grounding practices
Experience with PLC panels, VFD panels, MCC panels, or automation panels
Familiarity with electrical standards (IEC, IS, NEC – as applicable)
Ability to use hand tools, crimping tools, multimeters, and test equipment
Basic knowledge of panel layout and cable management best practices
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
