Main Job Roles Contact customers through phone calls, field visits, or messages regarding overdue payments. Follow up with borrowers to ensure timely repayment of loans and EMIs. Visit customers' homes or workplaces when required for collection activities. Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing financial difficulties. Maintain records of collection activities and payment status. Coordinate with branch staff and collection teams to resolve delinquent accounts. Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies and legal guidelines. Identify high-risk accounts and report them to management.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
