Position Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving store success and achieving targets within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing shift scheduling and assigning staff, including overseeing the roles of Customer Relations, Customer related conflict.
- Analyzing staff performance in-store and providing support to coordinators.
- Overseeing online customer support, including addressing queries and facilitating direct communication through the store's community channel.
- Ensuring adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
- Ensuring the employee training sessions shifts and schedules too.
- Ensuring strict adherence to inventory hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the store.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate with prior experience as a Store Manager in any retail brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in analyzing KPIs and driving performance improvements through training.
- Solid understanding of cash handling and financial management
