We are a fast-growing interior fit-out and construction company delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Civil Engineer who can take ownership of projects and drive execution excellence.
Role Overview
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of interior and civil projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. You will lead site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete site execution of interior fit-out and civil works
- Ensure work is delivered as per drawings, BOQ & specifications
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants & vendors
- Monitor project timelines, manpower & material planning
- Conduct quality checks & site inspections
- Handle contractor billing, BOQ verification & DPR reporting
- Ensure cost control & material utilization efficiency
- Maintain site safety standards & compliance
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (joinery, ceiling, flooring, finishes)
Hands-on experience in civil construction & site management
Ability to read and execute technical drawings
Excellent team handling & vendor management skills
Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
8+ years of experience in construction projects
Software Skills
AutoCAD
MS Excel / MS Project
