Customer Success Associate (CSA) is responsible for ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and product adoption, serving as the main point of contact after sales. Key tasks include onboarding new clients, providing training, resolving issues proactively, and identifying expansion opportunities. This role focuses on long-term relationships to reduce churn Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Training: Guiding new customers through product setup and educating them on features to ensure immediate value. Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact, building strong rapport, and acting as a trusted advisor. Adoption & Retention: Proactively monitoring usage metrics to ensure clients consistently use the product, reducing churn. Issue Resolution: Addressing customer queries and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with product teams. Account Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding existing accounts. Reporting: Preparing client health reports and conducting regular business reviews
