Job Summary
Golden Abodes is looking for a Billing Engineer to manage contractor billing, quantity verification, BOQ management, and project cost tracking across multiple construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify contractor RA Bills and final bills.
- Measure work quantities as per approved drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and accounts for billing approvals.
- Maintain billing records, work measurements, and cost reports.
- Verify subcontractor invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
- Track project costs and variations.
- Support tendering, BOQ preparation, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of bills.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6+ years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and billing software.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹10,744.91 - ₹46,081.43 per month
