Account Executive (CA Firm Experience Preferred)
Location: PCMC (Pune)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are hiring an Account Executive with minimum 3+ years experience in a CA firm (including articleship/internship) to handle day-to-day accounting, statutory work, and financial coordination for our construction, land sale, and rental business.
The candidate should be strong in accounting fundamentals, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
* GST Return Filing
* TDS Return Filing
* Income Tax Return Filing
* Balance Sheet Finalisation
* GST & Income Tax Scrutiny Handling
* Online Banking & Vendor Payments
* Coordination with CA, Auditor & Bankers
* Ledger Reconciliation & Compliance Work
* MIS Reporting & Accounts Finalisation
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* CA Inter / CA Firm Experienced Candidates Preferred
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
* Practical knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced Excel
* Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
* Candidates residing within 5–8 KM from Bhosari will be preferred
* Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 4+ years experience in CA firm (including articleship/internship)
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
