About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own assigned hiring requirements end to end. The role goes beyond sourcing CVs: you will understand the business requirement, build targeted talent pipelines, assess candidates with evidence, partner with hiring managers, manage the selection process and drive offer-to-joining conversion.
What You Will Own
- Run structured requisition intake and role calibration covering business context, critical outcomes, must-haves, acceptable adjacencies, experience, location, compensation boundaries and timelines.
- Build search strategies and talent maps using target companies, comparable roles, alternate titles, relevant talent pools and sourcing channels.
- Create qualified pipelines through direct search, networks, referrals, databases, job platforms and approved partners, with personalised outreach where required.
- Conduct structured candidate screening across experience, capability, scope, motivation, compensation, availability and material hiring risks.
- Present evidence-based candidate recommendations that clearly state fit, strengths, gaps, risks and areas requiring deeper validation.
- Drive interview process momentum, secure timely feedback, manage candidate ageing and keep decisions and next actions visible.
- Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor by bringing market evidence, pipeline insight and constructive challenge when requirements or timelines are unrealistic.
- Own candidate engagement through selection, offer and joining, including early identification of notice-period, competing-offer, counter-offer and joining risks.
- Maintain accurate TA data and build market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitor talent, notice periods, skill scarcity and candidate expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of hiring requirements.
- Graduate degree; MBA is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability, including direct / passive candidate identification.
- Sound candidate assessment and interviewing judgement, with the ability to distinguish evidence from impression.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and candidate-engagement skills.
- High process discipline, data accuracy, confidentiality and a quality-before-volume mindset.
