Junior Sales Manager – EdTech
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to promote and sell our EdTech products. The role involves generating leads, speaking with potential customers, giving product demos, and helping achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Explain product features and conduct demos.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing and support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, Education, or SaaS.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech or education-related sales.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
